The logo was designed and created by TJ. The inspiration of making a logo for himself derived from the desire to have a symbol for that would have people be familiar with what he looked like, what he was named, and a simplistic visual of who he is. The colors are TJ's favorite colors as the Orange and Blue can be seen in his favorite National Football League's colors the Denver Broncos too. The "T" and the lowercase "j" are connected to form a smile with the eyes being the upper half of the letters and the two identical "e" characters represent the nostrils of the nose. All in all, it's a mix of a name and facial illustration of a person emulating positive vibes someone communicates that include a personal significance with its creator. 

 

Typically called "T.J." by the people who know him personally, the nickname exists to combine his legal first name "Thomas" and legal middle name "Jeffrey." TJ is named Thomas after his late grandfather Thomas Morgan and he holds the name in honor of Grandpa Thomas' legacy. TJ's middle name is "Jeffrey" and was given from being the first name of his dad, Jeffrey Morgan.

"T e e j" was used as an easier way of saying "TJ. in English from his Spanish speaking families side who would also call him "Tómas" or "Te, Jota" as an alternative as well. TJ could've added his entire legal name or Spanish family inherited name which is Thomas Jeffrey Morgan Ortega Cardeñas Morgan Arzola. Instead, he payed homage to is Spanish assets by using the name "Teej" as the vocal point of his symbolic self-marketing project.
