Andres Garcia was the most famous pop artist of the decade. At the start of the 21st Century, his hit songs “Soy Chicano” and “Mata Mi Amor” broke music industry records. Most importantly, Andres Garcia fit the look of an average pop star and had the inspirational background everyone respected. Beyond his personality and good-looking face is a man who experienced hell on Earth. Born in Los Ovejas, California, Andres Garcia was raised by his single mother who had three jobs to make a living. Out of his three other siblings, Andres Garcia was the youngest in his family. In his neighborhood, he was subject to gang violence and systematic oppression that caused his education to be underfunded, and the real estate to be worth nothing. To add, most of the jobs in his area were fast-food restaurants so it made it difficult for people to earn a salary that wasn’t minimum wage. Before graduating high school, Andres Garcia witnessed his older brother be murdered in cold blood, due to a drug deal falling short of its promises. There has been a lot of adversity in Andres Garcia’s life and after all of it, he received a big break. Music producers became interested in this musical talent sensation, once local news started covering some of his local performances. Jump past a few studio recordings and Andres Garcia is at the top of his game; he has climbed the mountain of being a McDonald’s employee to being the most recognized artist of his generation. It’s an American Dream come true.

Sadly, not every story has a happy ending. Andres Garcia’s last public appearance was when he was walking out of his recording studio. News spread of a potential album being on the way and the media was frantic to learn more. Andres Garcia was eager to get to his limo but the media was in his way. An interviewer asked him, “Andres Garcia, what was your purpose today?” Andes Garcia responded with a sigh and then BAM! BAM! BAM! 3 gunshots went off from the crowd and hit Andres Garcia. By the time the audience reacted to the gunshots then looked for the shooter, no one could be found and to this day, there is controversy over his death. Andres Garcia was pronounced dead at the hospital a few hours later. The world was in grief, shock, and bewildered by the events that took place on Andres Garcia’s last day being alive. One diehard fan made the news to express his concern for Andres Garcia’s family and demand justice for the late pop star. That diehard fan’s name was Mateo, who grew up with Andres Garcia and at one point, they were considered to be best friends. The day after Andres Garcia’s death, Mateo watched the news at broadcasted rallies that remembered the legacy of Andres Garcia. No words could improve Mateo’s sympathy and mourning, except if they came from Andres Garcia himself. In fact, they did; Andres Garcia appeared as a ghost who surprised Mateo that night. From there, begins the story of how Andres Garcia works with his good childhood friend Mateo to find out who was the shooter in Andres Garcia’s assassination.
